Resilience for First Responders
First responders have high stress and high demand work environments. Evidence-based workshops focus on building practical resilience skills to better mange stress, reduce burnout and improve wellness.
Licensed Professional Counselor (OH), Eileen Hitch Xenarios, has graduate degrees in both criminal justice and clinical counseling, and creates course materials aligned with relevant best practices specific to the unique needs of first responder populations.
