I offer counseling services using a self-pay option, which some clients prefer over using insurance (Ohio only). Call 216-440-7423 or email to schedule a free intake conversation. I can provide a superbill for self-pay clients to bill their insurance out of network.

Develop more resilience, manage stress, practice self-care, and build healthy habits, all while making solid plans to reach your goals.
Short on time?
I offer 30-minute sessions once the initial intake process is complete. You can also choose traditional one hour sessions. Flexibility is key!

With online counseling, your appointments take place from any location that works for you.
Using your smart phone or a computer, you'll log in for a face-to-face meeting without worrying about commute time.
If you're a parent, you can log into your appointment while your kids are home, saving you from needing a sitter.
The online system used is HIPPA compliant with the most current and secure privacy features available.
Since it's online, you won't have to worry about an awkward run in with an acquaintance or neighbor in the waiting room. You can feel confident that your visit is discreet .
This can be a great option to keep your appointments if you're feeling under the weather, recovering from surgery, or can't make it to an office for any reason.
